Sunday Afternoons.

Well here I am again. It has been a while, and I am not sure that I 'm going to wax profound in this blog, but I am bored. It is Sunday afternoon. It is cool and cloudy and damp out. Nothing good on TV. (we had our satellite discontinued because we were paying to have the option of watching over 200 channels of boring, mediocre stuff. The only channel we even almost miss is the National Geographic channel) I could do housework, but I am not that bored!!!! I have a thing about Sunday afternoons. When I worked I used Sunday afternoon to get cranky thinking about going to work on Monday. I would always take a Sunday afternoon nap, and that was good. It still is. I still keep that tradition. In fact I will make a confession , that I take a little afternoon lay-down almost every afternoon. It gives me a little time to reboot, and it feels so good. This old age and retirement has to have some benefits. I am not sure where I am going with this blog, so I think I will go and have my Sunday afternoon lay down, and that is good, but what is really great is that I won't have to wake up and get cranky thinking about going to work on Monday.
